My goals include:  (A) Developing a comprehensive Marketing Plan to enhance GECC’s outreach services; (B) Increasing GECC’s volunteer membership base; (C) Enhancing and strengthening volunteer training procedures through the development of manuals and handbooks; (D) Identifying, cultivating and obtaining external sources of funding that will ensure GECC’s impact to provide “free tax preparation services” for the St. Louis Metropolitan Area low-to-moderate income families.  Russ can be contacted via e-mail at: rsignorino@gecc.us
